Horizon 150 Food & Beverage Renewal
The Granite Club's first-floor dining and private event spaces recently underwent an exciting renewal!
The Horizon 150 Food & Beverage Renewal project includes:
- Elements Lounge & Grill; adult dining for Members (2024)
- Hearth Mediterranean Kitchen & Cravery Marketplace; family dining for Members (2024)
- The 1875 Sports Pub & Terrace; casual dining for Members (2022)
- New private event spaces for Member-hosted gatherings (2024)
- New back-of-house areas, including the Main Kitchen, The 1875 Kitchen and Banquets Kitchen (2024)
Something for Every Member
The Granite Club offers various options to suit the dining needs of Members, from a quick bite to eat before a lesson in Intersections Snack Shop to a multi-course menu to celebrate their latest milestone in a private dining room.
The Granite Food & Beverage team comprises our internationally trained Executive Chef and his team of Sous Chefs, our very own Sommelier, an incredibly experienced management team and a fleet of professional service and support staff to consistently offer Members dining and event experiences that exceed their expectations.
